A propositura foi do ent\u00e3o vereador e presidente da Casa de Leis, Israel Lacerda. Resgatei o flash de Mauro Manoel onde divido a cena com Lacerda, minha esposa Vera, Minha m\u00e3e, C\u00e9lia Guilhermo Fuentes, meus filhos Herbert, Mayara, Layne e Lygia e minhas sobrinhas Aryane e Mayra Fuentes.
