Os escolhidos foram definidos pelos membros da C\u00e2mara de Vereadores, em vota\u00e7\u00e3o aberta.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>O pr\u00eamio foi criado em 2005 para homenagear os profissionais que atuam nos meios de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o da Capital. Inicialmente, focava os profissionais de r\u00e1dio.
