Sancionada pelo prefeito ap\u00f3s aprova\u00e7\u00e3o no Legislativo, a Lei Municipal n\u00ba 3.869\/2026 foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial de segunda-feira (28\/9). Vinculado \u00e0 Secretaria Municipal de Assist\u00eancia Social, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o ter\u00e1 car\u00e1ter consultivo, deliberativo e permanente, garantindo um espa\u00e7o institucional cont\u00ednuo para o acompanhamento e a fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas voltadas a essa popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,2\"><strong data-path-to-node=\"2,2\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Composi\u00e7\u00e3o parit\u00e1ria e atribui\u00e7\u00f5es<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>A estrutura do Conselho ser\u00e1 composta por 10 membros titulares e seus respectivos suplentes, divididos igualmente entre Poder P\u00fablico e sociedade civil. Pela gest\u00e3o municipal, participar\u00e3o representantes das secretarias de Assist\u00eancia Social, Educa\u00e7\u00e3o, Sa\u00fade, Cultura e Seguran\u00e7a P\u00fablica. A sociedade civil ser\u00e1 representada por membros da comunidade LGBTQIA+, coletivos e entidades de defesa dos direitos humanos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"2,3\">Al\u00e9m de propor e fiscalizar a\u00e7\u00f5es de combate \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o, o \u00f3rg\u00e3o atuar\u00e1 na elabora\u00e7\u00e3o de programas governamentais e poder\u00e1 opinar em mat\u00e9rias or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias, como a LDO e a LOA, refor\u00e7ando a integra\u00e7\u00e3o social, cultural e econ\u00f4mica do segmento no munic\u00edpio.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aruj\u00e1 conta oficialmente com o Conselho Municipal dos Direitos das Pessoas LGBTQIA+.
