A medida adequa a legisla\u00e7\u00e3o local \u00e0s diretrizes federais, incluindo a Lei Aldir Blanc (Lei Federal n\u00ba 14.399\/2022). A vota\u00e7\u00e3o ocorreu em duas sess\u00f5es consecutivas no dia 28 de setembro, revogando totalmente a lei anterior, que vigorava desde 2011. A nova regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o (Lei Municipal n\u00ba 3.870\/26) foi publicada no Di\u00e1rio Oficial em 2 de outubro.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,2\">Segundo o Executivo, a mudan\u00e7a garante que o munic\u00edpio esteja apto a captar e receber repasses das esferas estadual e federal. Gerido pela Secretaria Municipal de Cultura, o FMC tem como objetivo capta\u00e7\u00e3o e aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de recursos em projetos, programas e a\u00e7\u00f5es culturais.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,3\"><b data-path-to-node=\"3,3\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Destina\u00e7\u00e3o dos recursos<\/b><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"3,4\">O financiamento poder\u00e1 contemplar iniciativas de m\u00fasica, teatro, fotografia, circo, patrim\u00f4nio hist\u00f3rico, pesquisas, bolsas, pr\u00eamios, al\u00e9m de projetos voltados \u00e0 acessibilidade, inclus\u00e3o e diversidade. A verba poder\u00e1 ser executada pela Prefeitura e por entidades culturais, com sele\u00e7\u00e3o feita preferencialmente por meio de editais p\u00fablicos.
